Photography Club

The Oakmont Photography Club (formerly Oakmont Digital Photography Club) is organized as a recognized club, with bylaws, within the authority of the Oakmont Village Association. The purpose of the club is to promote understanding, competency and improved picture taking by Oakmont residents and to promote the sharing of techniques, results and the enjoyment of photography.

The club meets four times each year, generally the first Wednesday of March, May, September, and December.  Meeting time is 2 p.m. at the East Recreation Center. Meetings generally include presentations by speakers on photography topics or member slide shows.
During the months of February, April, June, and October, members meet for Photo Walks or field trips to take photographs. The club does not have activities in January, July, August, or November

Members are available during meetings and at other times to assist new photographers with their cameras.
