The OVA Admin Office (6637 Oakmont Drive, Suite A) is currently short-staffed with limited availability to assist with walk-ins. It greatly enhances our ability to give assistance and prevent long wait times, if you are able to make an appointment to see staff.

If you are a new owner seeking registration for your first-time resident access card, please contact Ofelia Roman ( or 707-539-1611 ext.2) to book your appointment. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for your new resident appointment to be booked.
Registration of new residents requires a check of our database for proper paperwork, and may not be booked through the link above. Please share this information with any new residents you encounter.
All new residents must have a Confidential Survey completed. Confidential Surveys must be turned in by the homeowner.
