Keep your resolution to get or stay in shape with the afternoon exercise classes!! Low impact Aerobics meets on Tuesdays at 4:30 pm. Strength and Balance meets
Thursdays at 4:30 pm
Catchy music and meeting new friends are some of the features of both classes. You can join at any time! You work from your base of aerobic and fitness strength. You
should be able to get up and down from the floor. Bring yourself, water, mat, weights, and a large ball you can sit on if you have them.
Class is held at the West Recreation Center, downstairs.
$7.00 per class or 4 classes for $24.00 or 8 classes for $48.00
Please bring water, mat, and weights, large ball if you have them. We have equipment to share if not, so come on by! Be sure to wear tennis or exercise shoes, not street
shoes!
