Aerobics Balance Strength with Betsy Smith

Join us for a afternoon exercise classes Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:30 pm in the West Recreation Center downstairs. Great for those who are still working and for those who are not! Tuesday’s format uses moderate aerobic moves designed to get your heart rate up and work your body! We finish the class with core and balance work. The music is fun and catchy and the class is designed for all levels. The class is on going and you can join at any time. Bring a mat and weights if you have them but don’t let that stop you if you don’t have them! Thursday’s format uses strength and balance moves incorporating equipment such as weights, resistance bands, large and small balls. Music is snappy and the class is designed for those who can get up and down from the floor. The class is on going and you can join at any time. Bring a mat, weights, large ball if you have them, but don’t let that stop you! We have extras of equipment to share, so please come and get set to work out with friendly Oakmonters.
