Chair Stretch & Balance Class Returns to Oakmont
Feel Better in Your Body
Join this fun class and stretch out stiffness. Use your breath and feel energy spread throughout your body. Strengthen your core and support your back from the front! The class combines breath and movement with focus on alignment. Students can remain seated for the class or get out of the chair for balance work. Small free weights are used to strengthen and tone the upper body.
Equipment: bring free weights of 1, 2 or more pounds, the weight you want to work with, Yoga block, yoga strap (substitute can be a man’s necktie), water
I am a certified Forrest yoga instructor. I am passionate about helping others feel better in their bodies.
