OTLC is in the process of revamping the technology classroom at the CAC. A new high-resolution projector is being installed. Fourteen old computer desks have been replaced with nine 5-foot tables, allowing for more social distancing between students. Since a large percentage of our classes are device classes (smartphone or tablet/iPad), each table will have a power strip for device charging.

A minimal schedule of classes will be offered this fall in October and November: Fun with Apps & Social Media, Android Phones, iPhones, iPads, and Zoom. Computer classes (Mac/PC) are planned to be offered in winter 2022 after the old computers are replaced.

Registration is online and opening on September 14 at www.oakmont-learning.org. Masks will be required in the classroom per OVA restrictions. Note that classes may be subject to cancellation due to PSPS or changing facility restrictions due to Covid.
