Announcing New Club: Solar Power and Electric Vehicle Club

First meeting: January 21, 2020 at 10:30 a.m.

Beginning in January 2020, anyone interested in exploring developments in the solar power field and related topics are welcome to attend monthly meetings hosted by the new Solar Power and Electric Vehicle Club. No prior knowledge or experience necessary!

Topics for discussion will include the emergence in popularity of solar power installations and back-up battery concepts for both individual residences and community networks. Similarly, electric vehicle technology is developing at lightening speed and shifts toward driving such vehicles is becoming more and more mainstream.

Whether you’ve already “gone solar” or you’re interested in the topic;you’rea seasoned EV owner or a car enthusiast who enjoys talking with others about the subject, the club’s explorations should provide fuel for interesting discussions.

The club will meet the THIRD TUESDAY, each month, from 10:30 to 12 noon in the conference room at the Umpqua Bank in Oakmont. For more information contact Joe Pundyk at joepfrengr@aol.com.
