Feel Better in Your Body! Chair Classes with Carol King

Thursdays 10:30-11:30 am, West Rec Center, Lower level

Get your inner glow going and take the class at the pace you need. Find your breath and stretch all parts. Increase your range of motion and core strength while seated. Allow tight spots to relax. Students may stay seated for the entire class or safely explore balance. Small free weights are used to tone and strengthen the upper body. People with injuries or limitations are encouraged to attend.

Series rate $60 for 6 classes, $15 drop-in. Please bring: yoga block and strap, free weights of 1, 2 or more pounds, the weight you want to work with. Bring water.
