Chair Stretch & Balance Class

When: Thursdays 10:30 – 11:30 am

Turn on your inner glow and increase your energy with this lively and gentle class. You choose the level and pace that feels correct for your body. Focus on core strengthening and breathwork. Explore balance safely. Students can remain seated for the entire class. Small free weights are used to tone the upper body.

Equipment: bring free weights of 1, 2 or more pounds, the weight you want to work with, bring water

Forrest Yoga Classes

Thursdays 9:00 – 10:00 am

Breathe, feel, strengthen, and heal. Enjoy the benefits of a mindful yoga practice – increased focus and calmness, a greater sense of internal comfort and wellbeing.

Forrest Yoga does not require strength or flexibility; it only requires that you bring a willingness to learn how to feel authentically and respond honestly.

All levels welcome. People with injuries or conditions are encouraged to attend.
