Change in life is hard. Stress and anxiety are often daily companions. And losing a loved one is perhaps the most challenging and demanding of all. For those going through grief and loss, there is help available. You and invited to join the weekly Tuesday morning Grief Support Group which meets from 9:00-10:30 a.m. at 6637 Oakmont Drive, Suite B, Oakmont. This is an open-ended, drop-in group, led by a local hospice bereavement counselor. Come and experience the opportunity of sharing with others who are going through similar loss. You are not alone in this journey.
