Futures Club meeting November 18 at 4 PM
When you receive this Oakmont News, hopefully the results of the election will be clear.
The purpose of our discussion on November 18 (4 PM) is to focus on how the election will change the impact of technology on our future. Our areas of focus are aging in place, medicine, smart devices, transportation, artificial intelligence, and technologies to assist in hearing, voice, and mobility.
There will be short term implications focused on the coronavirus and longer term implications focused on the areas of importance to the administration.
Come and share your views and concerns with other Oakmont residents who are interested in how our world will change as a result of the election.
The Oakmont Futures Club is not holding group meetings while the OVA facilities are closed. In the interim, we are holding short informational video conferences on Wednesdays at 4 PM. The topic for each will be posted on the E-Blast. Instructions for connecting to the Zoom presentation are emailed to everyone on our email list.
