The Rain Dance last issue worked! Gosh, maybe too much! When swimming the top few inches can be chilly, plus, on windy days the staff cannot use the pool covers, making for a challenge. To ward off the chill and keep my mind involved, I count the lengths checking how many it takes to feel ‘comfortable’. So far my personal report is 17, followed by 13 (which is nice), and today 23!! (chilly!). Thank goodness we have/will have three pools each with its own temperature range. As individuals, we each have our own comfort level regarding the water temp. A layer of body fat helps (got that!), certainly a rash guard and a longer suit (yep, got both), and swim as fast as you can (trying!).
Whateveryour personal zone is, keep up your workouts. February is here and Spring is on her way.
