Library Matters
Library Hours Monday-Friday 10-3

It’s been over a year since you’ve been able to visit the library and we welcome you back.

Some of you may have moved to Oakmont during the past year and haven’t yet had the opportunity to visit our location in the Central Activities Center. Please do – you’ll find something to curl up with or view. Our collection is over 20,000 items with something for everyone – Fiction, Mystery, Biographies, Large Print, History, Politics, True Crime, Adventure, Spirituality, Cookbooks, Travel, Gardening, Local Authors and more. In addition to books, there are DVDs and AudioCassettes for your viewing and listening pleasure. Up to a challenge? Puzzles from 300-2000 pieces also available.
The library operates on an Honor Policy – no checkouts, just return items when you’re done.
The library’s vast collection is all due to the wonderful donations we have received from the community over the years. We are currently accepting “wish list’ items – new 2019-2021 titles and classics in pristine condition.
We are an all volunteer library – want to join our team? Send an email to oakmontvillagelibrary@gmail.com.
