Mens’ Niners: Individual Low Net & Yellow Ball Rotation

Twenty players participated on October 29th in an Individual Low Net game. Bill Wellman placed first with a score of 26, followed by Don Schulte and Bob Ure at 29.5. Rich Sivas was third best (30.5) and Dick Kaiser fourth at 31. Bob Wilkinson edged out Neil Huber for Closest to Pin, 17’ 8” to 22’ 3”.

November kicked off with a 2-Man Yellow Ball rotation game won by the team of John Derby and Bob Wilkinson together scoring 71. Tony Apolloni and David Beach placed second at 72. Third best combined scores of 73 we turned in by the teams of Neil Huber/Chuck Wood and Stan Augustine/Phil Sapp. Tom Tremont was Closest to Pin (#8) at 30’ 7”.

Enduring the smoky skies on November 12th, nine hearty (or were they) Niners turned out to play the 4th leg of the Fall Eclectic. There was a first place tie for the individual low net game at 29 between Bill Wellman and Wayne Johnson. David Beach netted second best score at 32, closely followed by Jim Norem’s 32.5.
