MYN Monthly Drop-in on Go-Bags/Emergency Kits

‘Emergency Kit’ is a term that includes both Go-Bags and Sheltering-in-Place kits.  Learn the difference in what should be inside July 28 at the West Rec Center.  Go-Bags are available for a quick evacuation and ready to grab at any moment.   Shelter-In-Place supplies will help you manage at home following a disaster that may knock out utility services or cut off outside resources to Oakmont and should provide supplies for up to 10 days.

MYN will review what kinds of storage containers are best, food & water requirements, different items that each should contain, where to store them, and your pet’s go-bags.
Please join us on Thursday July 28 to discuss emergency kits – Go-Bags and Sheltering-in-Place kits.
