Recap

Our July 17th dance party was as promised-”Better Than Ever.” The Decades band exceeded all expectations, and the Berger building was truly jumping with a sold-out crowd. Those new to Oakmont are learning something that seasoned residents have known for years-that Boomer dance parties and concerts are the best Oakmont has to offer. If you were in attendance, you may have been aware that there was some tinkering with the lights. This was done in an effort to ensure the safety of our attendees. The lighting system in the building is currently undergoing an upgrade so that it can be adjusted to provide an atmosphere more suitable for a party.

For your calendars:
The Illeagles concert in October has been cancelled.
Dec. 16 – Our annual holiday party.
We will have all the details in future editions of the Oakmont News, the EBlast, and our own website, oakmontboomers.org.
