Oakmont Lanes: Wii Bowling: Fall League Team Championship

Oakmont Lanes Bowling Club is a Bowling League consisting of four-person teams that utilize Nintendo Wii to simulate the experience of bowling without the weight of a bowling ball. Any resident who has the ability of holding a small remote control in their hand while swinging their arm as if they were rolling a bowling ball will be able to join.

Anyone interested in joining our Club, either as a team bowler or substitute, please call Terry at 538-9177 or Diane at 538-3365 or stop by the West Recreation Center on Tuesdays from 3-4:30pm to see us in action. BOWLING DATES DURING EAST REC REMODEL: We move to West Rec with the following schedule. 3:15 League bowls 1st and 3rd Tuesdays, 12/4 (week #9) 3-4:30pm. 1:30 League bowled their Week #9 on 11/27.

PLAYOFFS FALL LEAGUE: Dec 11 at 3pm the top 3 teams from the 1:30 League will play the top 3 teams from the 3:15 League for the Fall League Team Champion and get their name engraved on the Championship Trophy. We will have a meeting after to give out Fall League awards and sign up for the Winter2019 League starting Jan 8, 2019. We will remain playing every other week at the West Rec until the East Rec has completed renovation.

OAKMONT LANES CHRISTMAS PARTY: Save the date, Friday Dec 14, Berger Center, 5-8pm. Working with the Oakmont Deli to provide us with a Turkey Dinner with all the fix-ins, bring your own libations. Coffee and water served.
