Wii Bowling
Oakmont Lanes

Oakmont Lanes Bowling Club is a Bowling League consisting of four-person teams that utilize Nintendo Wii to simulate the experience of bowling without the weight of a bowling ball. Any resident who has the ability of holding a small remote control in their hand while swinging their arm as if they were rolling a bowling ball will be able to join.

Anyone interested in joining the Club, either as a team bowler or substitute, please call Terry at 707-291-3023 or stop by the East Recreation Center on Tuesdays from 3-4:30pm to see Oakmont Lanes Club in action. See for Club information and schedules to bring cookies and to setup/teardown equipment.

The Club has 6 teams, 4 bowlers per team, for the 1:30pm League and 6 teams for the 3:15pm League. Bowling is every Tuesday except the fourth Tuesday. Everyone has a Average and Handicap based on 80% just as a sanction bowling league. There are special challenges during the 10 week league and playoff tournament where the top 3 teams from the 1:30 League bowl the top 3 teams from the 3:15 League at the end of each league where prizes are given to first place, high game, 300 game, and most improved bowler. Substitutes bowl when needed. Come join the fun and make new friendships. Our Summer playoff tournament is Sep 21 at 1:30pm at the East Rec. Come watch and attend the 4pm meeting after the playoff tournament where prizes will be awarded.

Look forward to seeing you at the Join a Club Night on Tuesday Sep 28 from 6pm – 7:30pm at the Berger Center. You will get information about the Club’s activities, special events and Christmas Party. Looking for new bowlers/substitutes to join the Club’s Fall League starting on Oct 5 and ending Dec 7.

BOWLING DATES FOR OCTOBER: Oct 5 (first week of Fall League), 12 and 19. No bowling Oct 26 (no bowling on fourth Tuesdays).
