Oakmont Village Library is Open!

Monday-Friday 10-3
The library welcomes you back. Only 5 in the library at a time, maintain social distancing, masks required. You are encouraged to wait until you have been double-vaccinated +2 weeks to visit. Bring library materials you borrowed, including puzzles and DVDs to a separate outside drop off area near the lawn bowling green. A cart will be set up only between 10-3, M-F. Do not bring these items with you into the library but come in afterwards. Signs will be posted directing you.
The library prides itself on providing a curated collection of best sellers, popular fiction and mystery authors, large print, selected non-fiction and a vast selection of DVDs.
Our “wish list” for the initial Phase 3 donations is for 2019-2021 titles only – so many beloved authors published new titles and these would be most appreciated. Later, we will accept pristine copies to replace existing worn copies and to add to our collection. You have had a year to cull through your book collection, however, the library is not the solution for your discards. Please contact local charities for items not meeting our donation guidelines.

The community’s cooperation is key to a successful reopening. Stay tuned via E-blasts for further details as they become available.
Consider volunteering – the library can always use the community’s help. Email: oakmontvillagelibrary@gmail.com
