You can get ready by joining any fitness opportunity Oakmont has to offer, including walking! It improves body and brain…and gives you an occasional belly laugh. Note Troy at one of the recent Free Fitness classes. Think he’s having fun? Think he’s exercising? Think he’s a good sport in the Bollywood exercise class, wearing a Belly Dance Hip Scarf? Come, join Troy and get ready for outdoor fun.
Equipment: Non-skid yoga mats, knee pad, 3# hand weights, athletic shoes that are supportive but not too grippy. Water bottle – hydration revitalizes.
