Marching Forward
At Jorene’s Free Fitness class, we march forward and backwards, to the left and to the right. We also jump, hop, bend, lift weights, throw balls, push paper plates, stretch, sing and sweat. We have fun during these vigorous work-outs…and…we invite you to join our group of seventy exercisers.
Now, of course there’s a “however.” We exercise knowing that Oakmont is not responsible for any injury that might happen. If you’ve not exercised for a while or have a physical condition that is of a concern, the best advice is join a group smaller than this one. Join a class where you can get more individualized attention and guidance.
Equipment needed: appropriate exercise clothes and shoes, yoga mat and, if desired, your own weights. That’s it!
