OVA Board issues response to Elnoka Draft Environmental Impact Review

2021 Elnoka EIR Project Site

The OVA Board of Directors has issued a response to a Draft Environmental Impact Review (DEIR) for the proposed Elnoka Development on 68 acres adjacent to the western edge of Oakmont. The EIR renews and expands a former proposal for phased development of that land for senior housing with more than 975 residents. The City of Santa Rosa Planning Commission, which is hearing the review, is accepting comments until close of business June 15. If you have comments, email them to senior planner Kristinae Toomians at KToomians@srcity.org.
