OVA Swim Reservation & Card Activation Updates

Update on Swim Reservations:  

With the East and West pools re-opened for swim reservations, the OVA staff has been happily busy assisting residents with the new booking software. We apologize for the technical difficulties experienced during the first day of utilizing the booking software and can assure these issues have been resolved and corrected. We want to say a big ‘thank you!’ for your patience and understanding as we navigate these new waters. Please continue to read below for updates regarding card activation and office appointments.  


To make a swim reservation at the East or West Rec pools please visit www.oakmontvillage.com/book 

Though your card may not need to be reactivated, you MUST have a pool reservation to swim.  


We are finding that most cards do not need to be reactivated and visiting the office for reactivation is often unnecessary. Cards need to be reactivated only if they have not been used in the past 180 days (six months). Please call the OVA office at (707) 539-1611 for card activation as staff can check over the phone. Please do not book appointment times for this purpose.   


Appointments are for NEW RESIDENTS only to obtain access cards and orientation information.   


At this time, we are no longer in need of pool monitors.  


Central Pool Closure

The Central Activities Pool is closed for maintenance and scheduled to re-open Monday August 8th. Thank you for your understanding.
