Our “Bon Appetit” division, under the leadership of our Vice-President, Gale O’Brien, is becoming more and more popular. Gale seeks out interesting (and tasty) offerings at restaurants around the area, checks on corkage fees, their policy on separate checks and how many reservations they will allow. She sets up a monthly schedule of acceptable places and sees that an invitation is sent to all members. And our members are responding! We are reaching reservation capacity every month. So Single Boomers, when you get the Bon Appetit evite, say yes as quickly as you can.

Single Boomers Social Club is open to any single person residing in Oakmont. Only an interest in meeting people and socializing is required. We hold monthly mixers within Oakmont and find interesting things to do in the greater Santa Rosa area..We dine out at a different restaurant once a month, and we even arrange to sit together at other Oakmont activities. If any of this sounds interesting to you, all you have to do is pick up an application form in the Single Boomers Social Club folder at the OVA office. Our dues are $12.00 per year. Once you join and give us your email address, you will learn of our events and be able to participate.
