If balance is your challenge do join our beginning tai chi class which is aimed at improving our ability to walk,  The Harvard Medical School newsletter attributes improved balance to this ancient Chinese exercise practiced by millions of seniors around the world.   In Oakmont we meet in room G of the Berger Center On Thursdays at 9am to10am.  Tuitiion is $75 for a 5 class workshop.Thursdays do not have to be consecutive in case you have other appointments to attend to,  Start any Time. Preregistration is required however by calling me at 707 318 5284,  I will love to encourage you to start this excellent health practice.  I bet your doctor will be pleased also.
