Do you have balance and or breathing difficulties?  If so the ancient Chinese exercise  practiced my millions throughout the world may be a class that will address these problems for you.  We have been meeting in Oakmont for over 30 years and some of us are in our 80s and 90s still practicing this slow moving discipline which enhances agility and focus.  We meet in the Berger Center on Thursdays for a 5 class workshop to address these issues.  (Thursdays do not have to be consecutive in case you have other appointments to attend to.) Tuition is $75 for the workshop and preregistration is required by calling 707 318 5284.  We are looking forward to meeting you and answering any questions you might have.  No class October 11 due to prior event in the Berger Center.
