Tai Chi for Beginners (2/1/2019)

With the new year upon us now is the time to look at that one issue that has been bothering you and your doctor…..that is your balance.  Won’t you join us for a 5 class workshop that addresses just that issue?  Start any time and learn the techniques that the ancient Chinese Taoist Masters practiced 5000 years ago.  Stress reduction and improved agility are also some of the benefits of this meditative exercise and breathing practice  called Qi Gong and Tai chi. Tuition is $75 for the workshop consisting of 5 classes,  ( which do not have to be consecutive in case you have other appointments to attend to). We meet on Thursdays at 9am in the Berger Center, Room G. Preregistration is required so do call me at 707 318 5284 so that I can answer all your questions.
