Using exercise equipment- balls, weights, bands, etc. – we will work on strength, endurance, balance and daily living activities. Working out to catchy tunes and finding ways to challenge yourself. Join us anytime. Bring a ball and weights if you have them, come anyway if you don’t. Also, bring a mat and water! Get started on a solid fitness routine in the New Year.
