Aerobics, Balance & Strength with Betsy Smith

Join us for a late afternoon aerobics class twice weekly. The format uses moderate aerobic moves designed to get your heart rate up and work your body! We finish the class with core and balance work. The music is fun and catchy and the class is designed for all levels. The class is on going and you can join at any time. Bring a mat and weights if you have them but don’t let that stop you! We have some equipment to share.
