If you were unable to get an appointment here in Oakmont for Feb. 4, 5 or 8, Sonoma County has opened slots at the Fairgrounds for people 75 or over.

**IMPORTANT REMINDERS for all Participants**

  • Bring medical and prescription insurance card to clinic
  • Please bring proof of eligibility to the appointment (ID). Anyone under 75 who shows up for an appointment will be denied a vaccine.
  • Wear short sleeve shirt if possible
  • Do NOT attend clinic if you are feeling unwell or experiencing COVID symptoms
  • Be Prepared to social distance appropriately and wear a face covering
  • Plan to bring some water and a snack for the post-vaccine observation period

Getting the vaccine will have the benefit of helping to keep vaccinated individuals from getting COVID-19, is an important tool to help stop the pandemic, and is a safer way to build individual, as well as, community protection.
