What’s New in Personal Medical Technology – Wearables

The topic will be Wearable Technology. All of us are interested in aging-in-place – finding ways to remain active and in our homes as long as possible. Most know about and many wear fitness trackers like Fitbits and Apple Watches. It is becoming easier now to have your device equipped to notify others if you fall or are unresponsive. New technology has further improved monitors for heart health and insulin levels.

This meeting is on Wednesday, June 8 at 4 p.m. in the East Rec Center.
