Women’s Yoga – Openings for Yoga Leaders!

Are you an experienced, compassionate yoga practitioner who enjoys serving her community? The Women’s Yoga class needs two yoga leaders to join our team of six. Each leader is responsible for designing and leading one class per month. You will be welcomed into a friendly, relaxed community. One of the earliest clubs formed in Oakmont, Women’s Yoga has met continuously for over 45 years to practice yoga for free.

During the pandemic, classes have continued on Fridays at 10 a.m. via Zoom. We will resume meeting in person at the Lower West Rec studio on Mondays and Fridays at 10 a.m., starting on July 2nd.

To discuss the opportunity to become a yoga leader, contact Marisol Muñoz-Kiehne: marisolmunozk@gmail.com

Fridays at 10 a.m. – Zoom into Your Zone with Women’s Yoga, Free!

Refresh body, mind and soul with Women’s Yoga. You’ll want a mat or blanket and whatever props you use to make your yoga practice accessible and comfortable (a block, a yoga strap, tie or kitchen towel). Remember to follow medical directives and pay attention to your body’s signals.

To join the email list for the weekly reminder/Zoom link, contact Lizzy Renold: emrenold@gmail.com
