The Visual Aids Workshop is looking for more volunteers. We make books and other instructional aids for blind and low vision children. The materials are sent all over the world at no cost to the recipients. You don’t need any special skills to join—if you can cut or paste, we can use your help!

The orders for books continued to arrive during our shutdown, but the books did not get made. We currently have orders for over a thousand items which need to be put together.

We meet Monday mornings from 9 to 11 in the upper floor of West Rec. Come by and see us… visiting with friends and getting to know other people is another benefit of our workshop. For more information, email marmurr@gmail.com.
