Clubs For The Choosing

Many of Oakmont’s clubs and organizations are aimed at active living. Along with a gym and sports facilities, walking, biking and hiking trails abound in three nearby park preserves. Fitness classes, from balance and strength to Zumba and aerobics, are led by professional instructors. Dancing, swimming, and social gatherings are important elements in Oakmont’s active lifestyle.

Working the Body, Engaging the Mind

From tennis to lawn bowling, you can be as active as you want to be. People choose to join sports clubs and classes or work out individually in one of three pools and recreation centers. Whether it’s a vigorous workout at the gym or a stimulating discussion with the current events club, Oakmont pays attention to body, mind and spirit.

Golfing at Oakmont

The Championship West Course offers a variety of challenges, from the water features found on 13 holes to tree complexes, strategically placed bunkers and undulating greens.The East Course provides a similar golfing experience, but on a shortened par 63 “executive” layout which many players consider to be even more of a test against par than its longer partner. Both courses are walker-friendly.
