Automatic Payments Setup (ACH Withdraws) 

ACH payments are no longer set up in the OVA office. Please visit https://condofinancial.com and follow the instructions below: 

How to access your property web portal 

  1. Log on www.condofinancial.com 
  1. Go to Homeowner’s Portal 
  1. Log in or Register. If you have not registered, you must have your most current bill from Condominium Financial Management. In the body of the bill, you will find a registration password required to create an account. 
    1. To Log in: 
      Enter your email address 
      Enter your password 
    2. To Register: 
      Enter your Acct# XXX-XXXXX-XXX-XX 
      Enter the password from your statement 
  1. Once registered you will have access to: 
    1. Make a Payment 
      Allows the user to process ACH payments via a checking account 
    2. Add Payment Account 
      1. Checking (free) 
      2. Visa (charges do apply) 
    3. Download Statements 
    4. Go Green with E-Statements 
    5. View Account Activity 
    6. Update Property Contact Information * you must also inform OVA.
