The Central Recreation Complex offers meeting/card rooms, a fitness center, pool and spa and a library. An outdoor patio area, as well as a lobby seating area, are popular destinations for friends to gather. The Oakmont Lawn Bowling facility is adjacent to the main building, and pétanque and shuffleboard courts are a short walk away, near the Oakmont Village Association administration offices.

During normal operations, reservations are available in 30-minute increments between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.. Only one reservation per day (per facility/per person).
