In July, 2024, based on the recommendations of the User Groups, Archilogix presented three different Master Plan concepts for the Central Complex in a Town Hall and recommended ways to phasing the potential work. The three concepts differed in the number of recommended changes to the existing footprint: The Enhancement (small changes), The Grand Central (a new Fitness building) and A Walk in the Park (with the most extensive changes).

For three weeks, the concepts were displayed in a Design Center located in the CAC lobby. LRPC and User Group members were trained as docents to answer questions of Oakmont residents who were encouraged to submit comments on the plans. The plans were also published in the Oakmont News.
