The Central Project design team was formed in 2013 to assess options for relocating OVA offices, creating additional meeting space, and related concerns. Their efforts coincided with development (and impact fee contributions from) the Meadows. They presented their findings and recommendations to the community in early 2014, but no action was taken at that time:
