The parking lot at the West Rec Center will be closed April 6–14 for repaving. The facility itself will remain open during this time, and street parking is available on Stone Bridge Rd., Meadowridge Ln., and Meadowridge Dr. Residents are encouraged to carpool, allow extra time, or consider an alternate meeting space during this period.

Beginning April 9, the West Rec Center pool and spa will close for resurfacing — routine maintenance scheduled as part of OVA’s Reserve Study. In addition to resurfacing, the project includes ADA-compliant stair reconfiguration, new handrails, and updated coping.
This work is estimated to take approximately eight weeks. During the closure, residents are welcome to use the pools at the Central Activities Center and the East Rec Center.
Water Fitness classes normally held at the West Rec Center will move to the Central pool beginning April 9 for the duration of the project.
Work is expected to wrap up in mid-June, restoring full access to the West pool and spa.
