The new directors succeeded directors Jerry Gladstone and Heidi Klyn.

Also on the ballot were two proposed bylaw amendments, both of which failed to reach the 1,607 yes votes required to pass. Proposal 1, which would have allowed the board to amend the bylaws without a membership vote, received 1,369 yes votes and 265 no votes; Proposal 2, which would have adjusted the quorum on bylaws amendments, received 1,311 yes votes and 318 no votes.
Following the announcement of the results, the newly seated board held its election of officers, with Director Spanier voted in as president, Director Neuman voted in as vice president, Director Marzak voted in as secretary, and Tom Kendrick voted in as treasurer, which is a non-voting position.
