The Oakmont Veterans Club is open to all those who served or have a relationship with someone who has served in an Armed Force, during a period of war or peace. The club is dedicated to all veterans, Gold or Blue Star mothers, grandmothers, and surviving spouses.
We promote camaraderie among veterans and others, but especially to those seeking support, friendship, and contact with people who share a common experience. We are inspired to see that we can talk about a common history and experience.
We advocate for veterans and our members on a range of important issues. In promoting camaraderie, we are a network of vets and others that live in Oakmont and beyond.
If you are looking for an experience that’s worthwhile, enjoyable, and meaningful, consider attending a few of our functions. You can be sure of having a good time, the while also learning something new and worthwhile. We normally meet the last Thursday of each month from 4-5:30, at either the Valley of the Moon Golf Club, or a local restaurant. Contact any of the below individuals for current information.
