Crissi Langwell
OVA Communications Director

The OVA office is excited to welcome Mary Lantz to our team. Mary has joined the Architectural Office as the new AC Administrative Assistant, working closely with residents and the Architectural Committee to support the application process. When residents submit their applications, Mary ensures everything is complete and ready before it goes to the Committee for review. If an application is rejected, she works with homeowners to adjust their plans so they meet community CC&Rs.
“My goal is to make the process as smooth and straightforward as possible for everyone,” Mary said.
Mary comes to Oakmont with a strong background in administrative work. She previously served as the secretary of her local church and as the administrative assistant to the CEO of a local athletic company. Most recently, she worked as the deli lead at Oliver’s Market in Cotati.
When asked about her passions, Mary immediately mentioned her adopted Husky/Cattle Dog, Jaxx.
“We adopted Jaxx when he was about a year and a half old — a wild, energetic, and somewhat destructive bundle of so much fur,” she said. With help from her boyfriend, Evan, and her 20-year-old son, William, the family put Jaxx through obedience training, which led to participating in novice agility courses together.
One of Mary’s favorite parts of working at Oakmont is not only meeting residents but also the many dogs who visit the office.
“We have dog treats in the AC office now,” Mary said, encouraging residents to stop by.
You can meet Mary in the AC Office Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please help us welcome the newest member of our team!
