Meet Our New General Manager

OVA is announcing that Kimberly Rowland will become general manager of the Oakmont Village Association, joining us next Monday, March 22.

President Tom Kendrick will introduce Rowland at the start of this afternoon’s virtual OVA Board meeting.

“Kimberly is professional, calm, and will contribute significantly moving OVA out of the pandemic and into the future,” Kendrick said.

Rowland is relocating from Vail, Colorado, and will be returning to the Bay Area where she lived for 20 years. She is a graduate of the University of San Francisco.

She has extensive experience operating HOAs, and was CEO of a large association management company. Her extensive financial background includes working for Kidder Peabody in San Francisco.
