New QR Code System for Reporting Maintenance Issues

Dear Residents,

We are excited to introduce a new, user-friendly system to help you report maintenance issues at our community facilities. Starting this week, you will find QR codes posted at the Central, Berger, East, and West facilities.

How It Works:

  1. Scan: Use your phone’s camera to scan the QR code located in the facility.
  2. Report: You’ll be directed to our maintenance portal, MaintainX. Here, you can describe the issue, specify its location, and even upload photos if necessary.
  3. Submit: Once you submit the report, it goes directly to our maintenance team for prompt attention.

Benefits of the New System:

  • Convenience: Easily report issues from within the facility.
  • Efficiency: Provides detailed information and visual evidence for quicker resolution.
  • Direct Reporting: Ensures that your maintenance requests are addressed promptly.
