Notice: Fee Change to One-Time CFM Payments

Message from Condominium Financial Management (CFM), the third-party financial management company that OVA uses. 
Update: Changes to One-Time E-Check Payments on Condominium Financial Management (CFM) Payment Portal
For owners using the E-Check/One-Time Payment option via our portal (portal.condofinancial.com), please be aware of the following important update:
We have recently been informed by First Citizens Bank that a processing fee will now apply to one-time E-Check payments. This change is mandated by the bank, and CFM, the third-party financial management company that OVA uses, is unable to waive or opt out of these fees.
To minimize costs for our members, we want to highlight the following fee structure:
  • $2.25 processing fee for a one-time eCheck payment.
  • 2.95% processing fee for a one-time credit card payment.
  • No fee for scheduled ACH payments via Auto-Draft.
If you’d like to avoid processing fees, enrolling in Auto-Draft/ACH is a free and convenient option. To enroll, simply visit the Payment Screen on the portal.
Please note this only applies to owners using the E-Check/One-Time Payment option. This fee does not apply to owners paying by paper check.
