As we approach the upcoming election season, we would like to remind everyone of the community’s Sign Policy regulations regarding political signage. Your cooperation in following these guidelines ensures a respectful and harmonious environment for all residents.
Please be mindful of the following restrictions:
- Allowed materials: Paper, cardboard, cloth, plastic, or fabric.
- Prohibited materials: Lights, roofing, siding, flora, etc.
- Size limits: Signs up to 9 sq. ft., flags, and banners up to 15 sq. ft.
- Allowed locations: Yard, window, door, balcony, or outside wall of a separate interest.
- Display period: Signs may be displayed starting September 6, 2024 (60 days before the election), and must be removed by November 12, 2024 (7 days after the election).
