We’ve launching a new pilot tool on the Oakmont website designed to help residents quickly find answers to common website searches.
- The Oakmont Chatbot can assist with:
- Forms and Policy questions
- Club information
- General community and facility topics
How to use it:
Simply visit the OVA website and click the chat icon in the lower right corner of your screen to ask your question in plain language. This icon is a blue circle with a white speech bubble inside of it.
This is a pilot program, and your feedback will help us refine and improve it. We encourage you to try it out and let us know what you think.
