We’ve launched a new pilot tool on the Oakmont website designed to help residents quickly find answers to common website searches.
- The Oakmont Chatbot can assist with:
- Forms and Policy questions
- Club information
- General community and facility topics
How to use it:
While on the OVA website, simply click the chat icon in the lower right corner of your screen to ask your question in plain language. This icon is an orange circle with a white speech bubble inside of it.
This is a pilot program, and your feedback will help us refine and improve it. We encourage you to try it out and let us know what you think.
