Recently, CFM (Condominium Financial Management) sent out an additional notice with OVA billing statements, asking for updated contact information. This notice allows members to update their preferred delivery method for receiving notices from the association, (such as your invoice, or annual notices) allowing you the option to receive these notifications via email if you like. If your preferred delivery method has not changed or you have no changes to your contact information, no action is required.
